    The 6 Levers Framework™, designed by Mission Matters Group, is an operating system specifically designed for mission-driven teams. It’s a proven collection of habits, tools, and mindsets to help your organization run smoothly.

    - Identity is an organization's Beliefs, Mission, Theory of Impact, Vitals, Values, and Tenets.

    - Focus is an organization's biggest priorities, both near and long-term.

    - Cohesion is a set of structures and tools for strong teams, including Rituals and Agreements.

    - Leadership is the intentional development of the quality of leadership in everyone.

    - Rhythm is meetings, communications, and processes that serve as organizational habits.

  • All Benevolent Strategies’ packages are designed to be adaptable for a wide range of nonprofit organizations, from small startups to well-established entities. The strategies, templates, and services provided can be customized to fit your organization's unique circumstances and goals.

    However, we do require that all clients first obtain their 501(c)3 determination letter from the IRS before enrolling in an Accelerator or subscribing to a Pro plan.

  • With a monthly subscription, you are billed on a month-to-month basis, offering you the flexibility to review your service commitment each month. On the other hand, opting for a quarterly subscription means committing to three months of service at a time, and in return, you receive a 15% discount on the overall cost.

    However, committing to a quarterly time frame enables us to deeply engage with the various aspects of your organization. The extended partnership allows for the maturation of your strategies and fine-tuning of your efforts, which is essential for long-term success. Together, these benefits make the quarterly subscription both cost-effective and strategically aligned for building a healthy organization.

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to offer Pro plans on an hourly basis. We are able, however, to provide limited hourly billing at $125/hour to existing Pro clients who need limited support from another Suite (e.g., a Grants Pro client who wants Benevolent Strategies to host a strategic planning retreat related to one of their programs).

    While there will always be some “gray areas” in the package/subscription parameters, we desire to err on the side of generosity rather than stinginess when it comes to what’s considered part of your existing Pro plan.

  • By "unlimited support," we mean that our team is committed to assisting you with any questions or concerns directly related to the scope of the relevant suite(s) you've purchased, throughout the duration of your Accelerator or Pro package. While this ensures dedicated guidance on all aspects covered in the package, it may not encompass areas outside of our expertise, such as specific IT support. Although we strive to respond as promptly as possible, please note that "unlimited" refers to the scope of our support and not instant response times. We're here to ensure you get the maximum value from our partnership, within the parameters of the suite.

  • We value and reward good communication. If you want to continue working together but need to take a break, you can “pause” our work (there’s no limit), and simply hit us up when you’re ready to jump back in. You won’t be charged during the pause.

    Should you cancel instead, we won’t be able to honor any previous subscription price you paid, and you’ll be reinstated at the rate at that time.

  • Due to demand and our pause policy, we do not generally offer refunds.
